A little north of Cincinnati is the Little Miami river . Its significant roll to the early frontier is evident in its proximity to The Serpent Mound A Native American Burial Ground also called Ft. Ancient . There's a state park run by The Historical Society of Ohio. A few miles from Morgan's canoe rental on the Little Miami. There's a public bike trail that starts here , and a public landing and many picnic spots and activities . There are also local antique shops and Indian relics to be discovered. At the the public landing my dog Maya(doodle) decided to take swimming lessons if you'd like to see here's a link to her site. The link is SEEING DOODLE simply click on the name for photo's of my dog swimming and other funny stuff .She's a ham for the camera. Thank you for visiting, and enjoy the Chronicle. We'll have more to come on Serpent Mound and the little Miami coming up next .
